Lacrosse has enjoyed incredible growth in the past few years. While this has been an incredible experience, it has created a challenge when it comes to building and rostering teams. In order to prevent any potential misunderstanding, Ocean Youth Lacrosse has created the following policies that clearly define our position on payments and refunds.
PAYMENTS:
All Ocean Youth Lacrosse prior-year and current-year registration fees must be paid-in-full before a player may take the field for practice or games.
US Lacrosse Membership:
A valid US Lacrosse membership must be in place for a player to take the field for any practice or games. The annual US Lacrosse membership is required during the online registration process. The required form will be filled out and the fee paid online directly to US Lacrosse and is non-refundable.
REFUNDS:
Ocean Youth Lacrosse registration fees are non-refundable; Exception requests based on medical discharge only situations will be considered and handled on a case by case basis.
All medical discharge refund requests must be made in writing (email accepted) to the Board Of Directors.
If for any reason we are unable to offer a player a place on one of our teams we will give a Full Refund of Ocean Youth Lacrosse Registration fees.
